These Terms & Conditions explain how I work and what you can expect when you book or use services from Aim to WOW.
By booking a session or working with me, you agree to these terms.

About Aim to WOW

Aim to WOW provides strategic business and growth services for entrepreneurs and small business owners.

I am based in The Hague, The Netherlands.

Services I offer

I offer:

  • One-off 1:1 Strategy Sessions
  • Ongoing or monthly strategic support (retainers)
  • Strategic advisory work, workshops, or tailored support, if agreed

All services are strategic and advisory.
They are not legal, financial, or medical advice.

What a Strategy Session is (and is not)

A Strategy Session is a coversation focused on clarity, direction, and next steps.

It is meant to help you:

  • understand what is blocking momentum
  • identify priorities
  • make better-informed decisions

What it is not:

  • a guarantee of results
  • done-for-you execution
  • a promise of specific outcomes

What you do with the insights from the session is always your responsibility.

Ongoing and monthly services

In addition to one-off sessions, I may offer ongoing or monthly strategic support.

These services are usually called retainers and may include:

  • regular strategic input
  • prioritisation and planning support
  • guidance on visibility, offers, messaging, or growth decisions
  • strategic thinking alongside your business or team
  • ads creative and execution

The exact scope, duration, and fee of ongoing services are always agreed in advance, in writing.

Booking and confirmation

  • Sessions are booked on availability basis
  • After booking, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
  • Sessions can take place online or in person in The Hague, depending on what is agreed

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if needed, with notice.

Payment

  • Prices are clearly communicated before you book
  • All prices are in EUR excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise

For one-off sessions

  • Payment terms will be stated at the time of booking
  • If payment is required in advance, the session is confirmed once payment is received

For monthly services

  • Monthly services are billed on a monthly basis
  • Payment is due in advance of each service period, unless agreed otherwise
  • Late payment may result in a pause of services until payment is received

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include VAT.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Strategy Sessions

  • You can cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full
  • No-shows are treated as completed sessions and are not refundable

Monthly services

  • Either party can cancel monthly services with 30 days’ written notice
  • Notice must be given by email
  • Work already delivered or in progress during the notice period remains payable
  • There are no refunds for partially used months

Your responsibility as a client

By working with me, you agree that:

  • You provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You remain responsible for your business decisions and actions
  • Strategy involves judgement, uncertainty, and experimentation

I support your thinking, but you decide what to implement.

Intellectual property

Any frameworks, tools, or materials I share remain the intellectual property of Aim to WOW.

You are free to use insights for your own business, but you may not copy, resell, or distribute them without permission.

Limitation of liability

I am not responsible for:

  • business losses
  • missed opportunities
  • outcomes resulting from decisions you make

If something goes wrong, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question, to the extent allowed by law.

Confidentiality

Everything shared during sessions is treated as confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

Sessions may not be recorded without prior agreement.

Force majeure

I am not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside my reasonable control, such as illness, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

Any disputes fall under Dutch jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.
The most recent version will always be available on this page.
